The mentioned prices and any promotions are only valid at time of appearance on
the site. All prices include VAT, but exclude any chipping or postage costs.

SALES AGREEMENT
The sales contract shall be made at the last step of the ordering process. You
therefore accept by right the full terms and conditions. The sales contract will
only be final when confirmed by the payment of the price by the buyer.
Woefkesranch reserves the right to refuse an order if certain irregularities
occur. U shall be informed of this within 48 hours by email.

DELIVERY
In case of delivery of a dog, there is always an appointment made in advance
by telephone. In case of accessories, they will be delivered within a week.
Any damage to the goods must be reports to us within 3 days of receipt in
writing. Otherwise there can be no question of return or replacement of the
goods |

TIME FOR
REFLECTION
In case of distance selling, where goods are shipped and not spot picked,
and concerning a customer, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase
without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 work days, Saturday
included, starting the day following the delivery of the product. Where
appropriate, the consumer has to pay the delivery costs and has to return
the goods at his own expense. The customer however does not have the right
to renounce the purchase of a living animal. |

CANCELLATION
Cancellation or modification of an order is not possible. Advances are not
refundable if you cancel an order. |

Woefkesranch treats and responds to any complaint within 7 work days.

GUARANTIE
Our puppies are sold with the mandatory legal guarantee of the Ministry of
Agriculture. |

PROCEDURE
OF RETURN
Unstamped or insufficient postage is always refused and returned to sender.
Goods being returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
